Saying Farewell To Say Hello

Hello All!

After a brief hiatus, I'm back to posting weekly and have decided that each Sunday evening I would add a new informative post. Still in S. California, I am preparing to move the business as well as myself back to the Midwest and focus my efforts from there. Michigan, has always been Basecamp but getting away for a few months allowed me time to refocus my efforts, decide what direction I wanted to go with the business, work on the company website and network with investors on the other side of the country. What I've learned these past 8 months about people, places & things has been invaluable. This experience has better positioned me personally & professionally, has grown me enormously as an individual and a leader.

Reflecting over the time spent here in Los Angeles, I am truly grateful

for the ups & downs, highs, lows and all roads in between. It's allowed me a fresh perspective on my goals and given me a sense of newfound dedication to my craft. With much anticipation, we as company, look forward to our new office in Livonia, Michigan, to reconnecting with family, friends, business partners, fellow investors & other associates who were instrumental in the early concept of Investorsadmin.com. I am especially excited to rededicate myself and the company to the place where we started, committing ourselves to the state that help give birth to this dream we call Investors Administrative Resources. In the coming month, I will be posting pictures of our new office, discussing more about the company's direction for the New Year and as always, will do my best to deliver insightful information to our readers. I thank you all for your support, understanding and encouragement throughout the past year.  Filled with unwavering optimism that a fresh start often brings, we say farewell to Southern California and hello to Southeastern Michigan!

Make it a DREAM BIG Day!

Investing in the San Fernando Valley: A Midwest Perspective

So I've been taking temporary residency in the San Fernando Valley for a little short of 2 months now and have been paying attention to real estate in the area. One thing I've noticed is that the boisterous attitude of So- Cal real estate has definitely found its way to more humble claims. For all those that ever dreamed of owning property among the free willing lifestyle and beach comber attitude of California, now is your time! Finally the great golden state has yielded to the ever increasing pressure of market demand and although priced much higher than other areas of the country the natural beauty and weather make your dollar worth it's weight in well..."gold". Although my research is preliminary, the jury is still out on what type of bargains one is privileged to acquire here. As for this author personally, I'm at every open house in my area! If you can get Cali cheap... go for it!

Thinking on Detroit, Michigan and the investment opportunities that abound

Came across a great article about real estate investing in Detroit. Although an interesting read, I was not a bit surprised. As seen in recent years Detroit has been one of the hardest hit areas economically, nevertheless you can't beat the State of Michigan for its outdoor recreational amenities especially during the summer!
Having moved from the state several times, I'm never away too long before I feel the insatiable urge to pack up and move back. There's something "magical" about the area and despite it's economic woes, there is much fight left in this city and state!
